Servicing of spark ignition and burner of 3600STC?

Tried cleaning of burner and spark ignition on 3600STC model. Works well, but takes longer to fire up, and makes a sort of fluttering noise from the flame after been on a while. Would appreciate your help. Many thanks in anticipation. Rod.
