If we'd have told you it's a heap of tat and not worth the price of a new battery in your first posting,i suppose you would have thought us rude and other non professionals would frown upon our advice given.
When all power is removed or lost regardless of the panels NVM they can in some not most cases revert to factory settings.
That means that both user and engineer defaults codes now apply and also needs reprogramming,
The default codes will be shown in your installation manual along with the info on how to reprog it.
Ps, if it doesn't recognise the user default code either then chuck it in the recycle bin retaining the battery then fit a decent panel.
