Have Removed the screws from the fan cover
However the element appears to have two screw that are fix in from the rear ?
Do I remove rear plate on back of cooker or does the whole oven have to be remove from front to gain access to replace element ?

some you can do from inside.Others as you say have to be undone from the rear so rear panel of cooker has to be removed
