hotpoint aquarius 1200?

can any one help i go to put my machine on a 95 degree wash but goes straight to a 60 degree cycle but the water is still not that hot just luke warm.

hi jen this is usually the heater probe that is faulty its located at the side of the element but in your case not easy to get to i suggest an engineer
