First you need to make sure the head is not busted. Then go to Advance or Auto Zone and buy a head gasket kit. It should come with everything you need. Who ever you get it from should answer any questions you have, just make sure you have all of the correct info. about the motor that is in the truck if has ever been changed or you could get wrong part. If this happens they will exchange it. This is not a hard job and should take too long if you have everything you need. Make sure you keep up w/ nuts and bolts that you take out by screwing them back into thier holes even if the part is not put back on. I've had more problems by not doing this than actually replacing any part. I am a 30 year old woman and I have replaced every part that has ever been replaced on my vehicle. The easiest way to learn how, is to do it yourself so you know, "what goes where", when you put it back together, unless you have someone else do it for you that will not charge too much. Hope this is of some help too you and good luck, you can do it.
