how do i remove a motor from a Hoover 1100 washing machine?

I think my washing machine motor needs new brushes, but I cannot remove the motor to do this need help - what scres to undo and how to get to them?

you dont need to remove the motor to replace brushes. they are under the plastic clips 180' opposite each other.remove the supply(electric- pull the 13a plug out) the leads to each brush are on a on a pull off spade connector.remove them.squeeze the plastic clip to unlock the brush. then pull out brush and spring. repeat on 2nd.take to hoover spares supplier and give him about a tenner. then refit- push into motor and they will click into place.refit all parts.
