checked that still the same racing a bit at 600 revs any higher it is fine there is two joiners half way in they a bit wet

if only happening since you changed the filters then you have done something wrong ,is the o ring on the bottom of the filter at the tank.probably drawing in air ...also strip housing at tank and check for debris
