how do i get the water to pump in?

There was no cold water coming in only hot. now no hot or cold water will pump in . help. how do it?

test that you have water to the machine by disconnecting them and holding over a bucket.if that is OK then remove the lid and test the inlet valve coils.should be around 4kohms if good
