I have the hot way tap turned on and the machine on the hot cycle but hot water is not entering the machine.
It is a Fisher and Paykel brand (pride) in very good condition despite the time I have had it. It does not get heavy use.
I usually use it on a cold cycle. Have removed the agitator and given it a good clean.
