Pop your user code in then press reset,if the zone clears and the system returns to day mode then try arming the system again leaving and reentering the building by the correct entry/exit route.
Omiting zone three from the system won't sort the problem.
If the system won't reset and zone three continues to flash then it has been programmed by your installer for engineers reset.
Either use the engineers code if known or contact your installer.
