Hi, we have a kelvinator smart drive 503 that has been working fine until recently where it has not been draining the clothes well on spin cycle. Could this be age? Or something else? It runs a full cycle but the clothes are still extremely damp at the end.

Without being there to see what is happening it is hard to diagnose. You need to stand with it at the final spin and check the following. 1. Does it drain out all the water. 2. Can you hear it adding more water during the spin cycle. 3.Is it getting up to full speed. 4.Is it getting noisy on the spin cycle (bearings shot) 5. Does it spin long enough (about 5 minutes)
