shower drips from bottom conection when turned off?

how can I stop my shower from dripping when turned off

Hi Jean, not enough detail (type of shower etc, make model) to answer your question correctly, but trying to pre-guess, if electric it sound as though the PRV may have blown ? although fairly simple to replace it does not address the reason why and the ususal reason is a blocked head or internally kinked hose, hope that helps
