MY Kubota R420 seems to move slower going up hills or when pulling?

My kubota r420 does not perform well. It seems to slow down going up hills or when pulling something. The engin holds it RPM but it slows down speed wise. Is this a hydrolics problwm?

Replace the belts or check them out.

On a car this would be typical of a clutch problem - does your tractor have a conventional clutch?

Anyway - the engine revolutions are not reaching the wheels - there's slippage in the system.
