indesit iwe91480 washer?

I had f05 error not draining. I cleaned pump and filter. now the machine will only drain no matter which programme you select and the door is not unlocking. it appears that the machine thinks it has not finished its cycle. is there any way to reset the machine?

the door of the machine is locked shut after a cycle, there is a red lock sign on display. no matter what I do, the door will not open.
