I have programmed Departments, i have programmed the tax rate and set up the tax or no tax status for each department key, When i turn the key to Reg and try to enter a test sale, following the instructions in the manual i get an E02 Error every time. It will not even allow me to enter a sale manually.

If you just press 1 then a department, or a department without a price, does it work?
