How can I fix my Beko WMB 61431 W washing machine?

My washing machine is stuck on a cycle. I have tried all different cycles and it washes but it will not rinse, drain or spin. Any suggestions please.

filter bottom right check it,shine a torch in to the filter housing once in there and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely
