Un seizing a screw in the oven?

I am trying to take of the fan cover at the back of a hygena fan oven but the screws that hold it in place are seized. Is there any lubricant I can use that is heat resistant and wont burst into flames when I turn on the oven. Thanks

put the screwdriver in the slot of the screw then with a hammer give a sharp hit to the screw and undo ;-)
