Interior lights dont work when door is opened?

HI,my Renault megane fidji 1.6 16v. interior light does not work when doors are open, tailgate light not working (bulbs ok) and no power supply at cigar lighter? Are they all linked in? I can't find a blown fuse?
I appreciate anyone's help.
