may be a filter in bottle where motor fits that could be blocked. if you use washing detergent it turns to jelly and blocks it!

pull the tubes off the water jets try the washers,if you get good water flow,replace the jets

Clogged jets - Half a cup of neat Viakal left overnight might do the trick. Poking jets clear with fine wire may work for a short time but the particles in the system just block the jet again.
Of course I don't know it's clogged jets - I'm just guessing.
