my mountfield MB 22 cx will not fire up there is fuel in it but will not fire any ideas

More than likely will be the coil or electronic ignition. Unship the sparkplug connect up the lead and switch on and pull the starting cord, if no spark this would point to the above. Too expensive to repair allocate to the junk yard.
