How can I fix my Panosonci KX-TGA560B cordless phone?

There is a buzzing noise when I use my phone. I have a filter that I have placed in the phone jack for my internet interferance. I have moved my lines away from electronics. I still hear a loud buzzing noise when I use my phone. How can I get rid of the noise?
