timing chain replaced 18mths ago, now gone again?

had timing chain go on Vauxhall Corsa 1L 06 again after having new one 2yrs ago?

Sounds as if the oil feed to it could be blocked. Ensure that is clear then make sure you change the oil every 9000 miles or annually.

Do not overtension the chain.
