my boiler works on heating but not hot water it had a leak from plastic valve on flow meter this has been replaced but still no hot water this boiler is only 18 months old were do I look now no faul codes are showing no card sent in so ferroli will not stand on guarantee he31c boiler many thanks for any help

possibly the diverter assembly is at fault. have known the pcb to fail even when there is no code flashing

is the filling loop assembly slightly open? if it isn't it sounds like the expansion vessel isn't holding charge. can be manually re-pressurised or a new vessel required

the overflow pipe from Apollo boiler 30B is leaking all the time as a result of the pressure goes over 3 bar, the boiler still working fine ,PRV and gauge are new.any advice on how to reduce the pressure and keep it within the range . thanks
