How can i fix my vauxhall astravan, 2006, ecotec diesel?

Headgasket blown! Need advice on timing chain removal/replacement proceedure, can the chain be re-used? headbolt tightening sequence and tighten Ing torques, if poss send me autodata pages!!!

False economy,get a timimg chain kit and replace all parts,not too expensive.
Replace head bolts.
Head torques stage 1-20NM,stage 2-40NM,stage 3-90 degrees,stage 4-90 degrees.
Cam cover-2 injector studs 25NM,16 bolts 18NM
