how can i fix air brakes on leyland roadrunner?

I have a 91 plate roadrunner horse lorry which has been parked up for 6 months, unfortunately it was parked one side bumped up on a pavement. Now when i try to start it the alarm for the brakes does not go off and therefor will not turn over. Are the brakes unable to fill due to not being level? If so how do i solve this?

Thanks a million for your help. I'll give it a go. :-)

could be starter or earth lead from motor to chassis you could try turning key to start position whilst someone gives starter a few hits,[not too hard] with a hammer or similar-make sure handbrake lever is in the on position, and out of gear of course!,if it starts it will be starter at fault.but if it dos'nt it could still be starter faulty!

Thanks for that. I did fully charge both batteries but presumed it wasnt turning over due to buzzer going off, therefore must be down to brakes.
It just clicks, starting motor possibly???

air buzzer will only go off when it reaches required pressure which is only attainable with engine running. parking vehicle on kerb will have no effect on it.you need to get vehicle started.are the battery/batteries fully charged
