kingpin assembly LDV Convoy using Delphi kit?

In the kit, there's 2 thrust bearings. One has a lip on the inside diameter. Is there anyone who knows is this top or bottom bearing & which way up does the lip go? There are different manufacturers & each seems to come with different design parts & no drawing actually describing assembly of their particular parts. If anyone can help, many thanks. Have spoken to manufacturers tech. dept. Bless them, they couldn't help a lot either!

Thanks for your input K. As it went (feet up!) never had to fit pin as other side even worse! Bought a good 2nd hand axle instead.

the thrust race fits between lower part of stub axle and bottom face of axle, the lip sits in the top of lower king pin bearing.if i remember,i think the thrust bearing with lip on is for manual steering models, and the one without lip is for pas models.only one is fitted with shims being used to adjust lift-fitted between top face of axle and stub axle. hope this sorts you out.
