it is usually air in the system the fault you are describing,if you have changed the master and slave cyl`s I think they bleed by pulling the hose out a 1/4" at the slave cyl,so it would be hose out/pedal down/hose in/pedal up a number of times till you get a good flow of fluid with no air.If you have done that then it may need a pressure bleeder to assist you,that is as long as all mechanical,ie.clutch forks etc are ok
