Possibly soap box leak, a blockage of the holes in the soap box roof deflects the water forward instead of straight down, clean roof with a tooth brush . Cheers

most likely place is a hole in rubber door gasket, that is if you are lucky and a hole hasn't been punched through the outer tub by some foreign object
