door drops on my fridge freezer?

We have a Samsung Cool Tech plus SR-L628EV & the fridge door has somehow dropped. We have to lift it to close it properly, but not sure how to fix it. There is a panel on the top of the fridge on the same side as the hinge but it has wires &we don't want to tamper with it. Any ideas please?
