Fisherpaykel light flashing code?

I have a fisherpykel ecosmart washer, GWL11, the 3rd and 4th green lights and the red spin light are flashing and beeping, what does this mean ? It was fine yesterday....

It means the control board is getting a bad reading from the cold water inlet valve. Either the valve is faulty or unplugged or the control board is faulty.
