No power coming through at all on my tooltec 1800w mitre saw?

Hi i have a mitre saw and it just won't power up at all i have changed the fuse checked and checked the sockets it is not these so i have no clue now. any suggestions would be great

hi I had same problem . took the on off switch off and found small spring with 2 white plastic dome pieces which go inside spring had come out .put it all back together and worked again.

Hi it has a laser but this only comes on as it has separate battery powered compartment

Even though you changed the fuse - did you test the fuses? The one you took out and the new one. Can you be sure the fuse is not blowing immediately you switch on?

If it has a laser then that will be separately switched - separate from the motor and its control switch that is.

You therefore have two ways of seeing if power is arriving in the machine.

If the laser does not turn on and the saw motor does not turn then it's unlikely to be a switch issue.
