I programmed my cash yesterday and now the drawer won't open... I hear the click and it isn't locked.. could I have done something while programming mine as drawer was opening yesterday. also is there a button or something to open it as I don't see one on mine the bottom has a metal thingy but it wont move...

If you hear the click then it should open. It has nothing to do with programming. There is probably something jammed in the drawer. Try banging the back of the drawer with your fist at the same time as you hear the click. Once you get it open, remove the insert and drawer tray and check the latch inside the drawer.
