purchased minimoto that required new throttle cable, so got that replaced,filled tank,charged battery as it was sat for over a year in shed,but isnt firing any suggestions on what to do??

Is it not firing because you have no spark! If you have replaced throttle cable did you make sure that you have some play on the twistgrip,this is vital as the throttle must be closed fully for it to start,if there is no free play it will never start.
