Stripped it down and found two white nylon parts attached to nothing, they are about an inch long,1/4 " wide and 3/8ths deep have a shrouded hole at one end underneath and nipple on the top.

I can't find anywhere that these fit?

The problem I am trying to fix is that the pull cord pulls fine but does not seem to be connected to the motor pulley?
