help with ford ka 2001?

I have a ford ka and have just had the tappets adjusted, cleaned the Idle Control Valve, and check throttle position sensor., cleaned the Lambda sensor and plug socket.
Now the car is still stalling when stopping at lights etc as it was before i started. Can anybody please advise me
