Exterior bell wiring?

Hi,i have replaced my faulty veritas for a scantronic 9448 but iam having trouble wiring the unit to the existing bell box.The connections for the bell are different on both the veritas and the scantronic,which i thought would be a straight swap over.the connections on the bell box are as follows,

RETURN)(STB)(TG)(HOLD-)(HOLD+) bell box.

TR)(STR-)(BELL-)(OV)(12V+) scantronic.

Help on wiring the two would be much appreciated.

thanx,i was going to replace the old R8 with a compact but the scantronic appeared the better option.
I have not wired it up yet for fear of damaging either units but just to confirm,is this right?.

TR=RETURN
STR=STB-
BELL-=TG-
OV=HOLD-
12V+=HOLD+

Thanx for your help on this E manno.
