Fisher & Paykel ED 56 dryer?

I push start, I can hear it engage but nothing happens, I push start the humming stops, It sounds like an electrical problem? does anyone know? All the lights work etc..

The motor start capacitor needs replacing. It is mounted inside the cabinet next to the motor.
