Hotplate not heating up on very expensive Beldray steam generator iron. The steam works, the lights are on! - and yet the iron doesn't warm up. Is it completely b*ggered, or is there something I can do to fix it? There's a screw on the back which I am tempted to take out, but no idea what I'm looking for. Help?
