My samsung american fridge freezer is not getting cold in either section. All lights are on and display panel is working ok. Checked for icing up in bottom of fridge but no ice found.
Have a loud clicking noise from rear of fridge about 1 click every minute and compressor gets so hot you cannot touch it.

Does anybody have any ideas or thoughts on what the fault could possibly be
