Hoover Vision 1600 drum not spinning?

Hi
My washing machine Hoover Vision 1600 drum has suddenly stopped spinning, its not moving even on a wash cycle. It does not give any error.

Any advise would be gratefully appreciated !

sounds like motor brushes - whats the model number and how old is the machine?
