how can i fix my peugeot speedfight 2's exhaust?

Exhaust was blowing, had it replaced now having a loss in power. how do i stop this?

i expect the new exhaust has a restrictor in it ?try removing it it will be in either end or possibly both ends depending on the make of exhaust
