I have had a problem with this washer every time I have used i. code de comes up, it says in my manual it means the door isn't closed. I have tried and tried to make sure the door is shut and the red flashing light tells me it is shut and locked. Can anyone help if not I will have to go out and buy another washer which really I can not afford

try a new door lock and make sure the door pin is springing back in to position
