should there be a spacer on the rear alloy wheel rims on my citreon c5 estate 2002 lx 90 bhp desel 2 ltr

if they are the original wheels then I doubt you need these,I would refit the wheels and check for clearance and would do away with them,was it owned by a boy racer?
