focus temp gauge?

My 1.6 focus temp goes into the red when ever the car goes over 70 mph or is driven hard. Have flushed coolant out - fitted new water pump and stat. Fitted new cht sensor, new dash and ecu. Car does not overheat or lose water. Fault never occurs while car is stationery, even if revved hard for long periods. My obd scanner shows engine coolant temp hovers between 116-121 degrees, even with cooling fans on.No way is engine that hot. Idea`s?

I have same problem... Focus 1.6 . If I reached 120km/h speed on motorway - temp is 124 C . I checked termostat - its opening about 8-10mm in boiling water. I think it's CHT sensor faulty - but didn't checked. When I driving in "traffic jam" - temp is about 93-100C
