Bissell Proheat 2x bottom unit is now leaking after I cleaned out the heate?

Hello kingcobra,

I have a bissell proheat 2x 8920 and it had stopped spraying at the handle and bottom. I opened it and cleaned out the heater. Now when I turn it on, the bottom leaks even if I don't pull the trigger to spray the bottom. The good news is that I can spray through the hose now but I can't understand why there's a leak in the bottom housing unit. It's not leaking from the two red spray nozzles. When I opened the bottom housing unit, I notice that the cap showed alot of wetness from the solenoid valve area. I'm very confused. I don't know if the pump is going overdrive pushing the water forcefully through the heater and causing water to squirt somewhere after the heater where the lines meet the solenoid. The water tank itself is just fine. What are your ideas?
