Hi,
Take the top cap and spring out and drain the oil. Remove the fork seal dust cover and circlip and use a "slide hammer" action to reove the fescolised shaft from the outer.
Hold the lower/outer fork bit and pull the inner in a jerking motion upwards.
You may have to make a hole in the fork seal with a hammer and nail or more correctly, a drill; to release suction that might hold the fork together.
