Hoover Nextra AAA 1600?

Not draining water properly, all the clothes are sopping after a wash and still soapy. When it's on a cycle all the soaps building up and all you can see through the window is white foam. I've not changed my powder or anything

assuming you have checked the filter you have either a blocked sump hose coming down from drum to filter or a faulty/blocked pump
