How can i fix empasil cavalier?

How do i adjust shaft presser foot is attached to,its not lowering on to feed dog,i dont see any obvious screw,please help!!

make sure the pressure adjuster is on 3 or 4 before stripping,if that's correct it may just need some oil,open side cover and spray with good penetrating oil.good luck
