Hi,Does anyone know how to turn the door chime off
please.

Enter your code (user 1 master).

The system will ask you "do you want to set",or something similar.

Press NO four times and that should take you to the chime menu/suite.

Follow the on screen display,basically using yes/no commands.

My neighbour has the same alarm,he thinks it is a 800 series.
He has no instructions also.

Sounds like a gardtec,is it wireless or do you know the model of the control panel.CPX,816 etc etc.
