How can I get a green light on a Stannah chairlift?

I have a stannah chairlift model 260. The batteries are 1 1/2 years old with 1 hour usage. The fuse where the electronics are is ok. No green or red lights.

check your safety gear in the bottom skate/cluster,it might need resetting,[this can jump out if lift is bumpy on rail joints]........also make sure you have turn the isolator switch back on front of main carriage below seat......portsmouth/uk
